How to manage supported conditions

If you are an organisation that can receive referrals, or other types of requests, then this guide shows you how to manage the conditions your organisation can support.

1. Manage conditions

Go to the 'Conditions' section within an organisation's settings.

2. Select which conditions to enable

You can toggle to enable or disable a condition as appropriate for your organisation. Once enabled you can also specify if you accept Quick Referrals, which enables referrals to be submitted without a structured referral form.

3. Patient triage questionnaire

For some conditions, with this list planned to expand, you have the option to enable a patient triage questionnaire. This questionnaire is sent to the patient when a referral for them for the related condition is created and gathers vision and health information to assist with the clinical triage.

4. Option to add a YouTube video URL

As part of this questionnaire, there is a further option to add a You Tube link. When included, this is shown to the patient alongside the patient pre-consent questions. This can be a useful tool to provide information such as introducing the team, explaining the procedure and outlining the possible risks involved.
