How to Respond to an Advice and Guidance Request
This tutorial guides you through responding to an Advice and Guidance request within Lutra Health.

1. Introduction
You will learn how to navigate the system and manage requests effectively to ensure proper follow-up.

2. Navigate to Advice and Guidance
Click the Advice and Guidance section under 'My Work' to access incoming requests that require your attention.

3. View Filters
Filters are available to manage your view.

4. Open Patient Record
Click the patient name to open the detailed record and review the specific Advice and Guidance request.

5. Select Response Action
After reviewing the request you can select the required response action. Available options are to: provide advice; request more information, accept as a referral (if this was authorised as part of the request), or close the request in cases where no further action is required

6. Provide Response
You will be prompted to provide a comment in a text box and can upload files, if required.

You have successfully responded to an Advice and Guidance request within Lutra Health.
